• University Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Management, Industrial Psychology and any other allied study.
• Masteral Degree, preferred
• 5-7 Years’ experience across HR functions particularly as regards to the developmental and implementation of business-aligned HR solutions.
• SHRM, CIPD certification, preferred.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills in English and Arabic
• Excellent communication skills including the ability to facilitate training sessions and/o make persuasive presentations
